Required Skills and Experience

1. Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages:Ruby, NodeJS, or Python,with experience in developing high-performance and high-availability backend systems.
2. Strong foundation in programming principles and design patterns.
3. Experience with Test-Driven Development(TDD) as part of a commitment to quality software development.
4. Demonstrated experience in application and infrastructure security, including knowledge of best practices and the latest trends.
5. Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB, have comprehensive understanding of the decision-making process between SQL and NoSQL databases.
6. Knowledge of caching mechanisms such as Redis or Memcached.
7. Full professional proficiency in English.

Preferred Skills

1. Proficiency in JavaScript, with a solid understanding of its core concepts and practices.
2. Familiarity with front-end JavaScript frameworks, such as ReactJS, and state management libraries, such as Redux.
3. Experience with cloud platforms,with a particular emphasis on AWS.
4. Understanding of DevOps principles and methodologies.
5. Familiarity with Fintech products and the financial sector as a whole
